Simply go to My Downloads which can always be found in the My Account menu in the upper right of the page, or in the My Account section of the store. Everything you need to install the latest version(s) of your product(s) for both Windows and OSX operating systems (if applicable), as well as legacy version installers, are immediately available. The page can be sorted by product name or by order number to help you find the product you need once your collection grows.
Simply go to Password Recovery and submit the email address that you used when set up your account. An email will be sent to you with additional instructions.
It happens. Sometimes people change jobs or leave university or whatever. If this is the case, Contact Us and provide your original email and your product serial number and we can update your email address for you.
