Where do I find product downloads, updates, and serial numbers?

Simply go to My Downloads which can always be found in the My Account menu in the upper right of the page, or in the My Account section of the store. Everything you need to install the latest version(s) of your product(s) for both Windows and OSX operating systems (if applicable), as well as legacy version installers, are immediately available. The page can be sorted by product name or by order number to help you find the product you need once your collection grows.

How do I reset or recover my password?

Simply go to Password Recovery and submit the email address that you used when set up your account. An email will be sent to you with additional instructions.

What if I no longer have access the original email I used to create my account?

It happens. Sometimes people change jobs or leave university or whatever. If this is the case, Contact Us and provide your original email and your product serial number and we can update your email address for you.

I need a PDF invoice. Where can I find one?

Simply go to MY DOWNLOADS which can always be found in the My Account menu in the upper right of the page, or in the MY ACCOUNT section of the store. A link to your invoice can be found here. Alternatively, you can find links to PDF invoices in the My Orders section.

I want a special deal. Can you make me one?

Can you answer my 2CAudio product technical support question?

Yes we can, but it is better if you send technical support and product usage questions directly to the 2CAudio support team using the 2CAudio Support contact tool so that the whole 2CAudio team can see your question.
